DR. GHALI
Surely Allah commands to justice and fairness and bringing (charity) to a near kinsman, and He forbids obscenity and maleficence and iniquity. He admonishes you that possibly you would be mindful.
SAHIH INTERNATIONAL
Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.
YUSUF ALI
Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.
CHINESE
真主的確命人公平、行善、施濟親戚，並禁人淫亂、作惡事、霸道；他勸戒你們，以便你們記取教誨。
